New Band Merch Store Up And Running

By Ean | November 11, 2009

As you’ll see if you click on the Shop link in the menu, we’ve got a new merch store up and running!

The stock from the old store will be added over time, as well as completely new gear, but we’re starting off with the stock from the last tour and amongst the other bits and pieces, including Gemma’s winning tour shirt design, there are a small number (and we’re talking single figures of some items) of the Limited Edition Footy Shirts and Signed Art Prints.

These are not new versions, and there won’t be any more when they’re gone, but it turns out we rationed a bit too well and London left its wallet in its other trousers, so there’s a chance for anyone who missed out to get hold of these highly limited items.

Yep, sorry, we’ve noticed the bug and it’s being fixed as we speak.

It’s probably worth giving it a try a bit later, or maybe tomorrow morning.

It seems to only be affecting the poster and the mug.

Dwarf size. Wearing not to be attempted by anyone over 2ft tall.

I may of course be joking and allegedly have no clue. 🙂

    Hi Mark

Judging by what size I buy I reckon a girls size small will be about a size 8-10 UK – they do fit really well and sizes are pretty accurate! Hope this helps!!

Anyone else experiencing severe delays ordering stuff from the new store? Ordered an art print 7 th nov, not even shipped 16 days on!

The T&C’s for the store do say to allow up to 28 days for despatch, but if you’re worried you could try contacting Backstreet to check. Details are in the shop’s FAQ section.

Just heard from the Merch company:

“The elongated waits have been due to stock transferral from one warehouse to another and then getting it all into an order that is easy to pick from.

It is all lovely and sorted now and we are endeavouring to pick and despatch within 48 hours of orders being placed, so a finer service should be the order of the day!”
