Does anyone know if it's a genuine shirt and if so where abouts it came from.

There's 3 or 4 different ultra-offensive ones dating from Earth Vs, or possibly a little earlier, I've got scans of some others somewhere. I believe they were "official" but for the obvious reasons, never became too widely available.
