Not sure everone who want's to get to this will be able to make it, so what's the possibility of a recording to buy after the event - all proceeds to the cause and a nice opportunity to preserve what I'm sure wil be a cracking night out...

I'll be in Norwich if it happens then. Will donate the cost of a ticket to the fund if that's the case.

This is being discussed. Lots of logistics to figure out here but we're hoping to make an announcement very soon. Stay tuned...

Any other day, please let it be any other day. I'm organising a benefit gig for local autism charities in Leicester that day - please, please let it be any other day.

From Gingers Twitter feed :(

Japanese benefit show, due to take place May 28th, is now canceled thanks to musicians largely being absolutely selfish cunts

Real shame :(

OK, so the show's cancelled, which is a major bummer, but there's the acoustic shows so how about if everyone who attends chucks a fiver in a bucket for the cause. We lose the gig but still get chance to do the right thing...

i don't understand this. maybe g is disappointed in not getting the line up he hopes for but unless the selfish c$%$ are actually in the Wildhearts what difference does it really make?

They could surely pull in acrowd big enough to raise some cash . acccording to twitter Tony Wright is still up for it ( although i don't know whether he means with TV or Laika dog)
why do i have to ignore you to get your attention?

But will there be official buckets or do we bring our own... And how often do you get to ask that question about a gig?
