A nice mention in the 150 greatest debut albums:

'Outrageously confident and bursting with dazzling riffs and memorable sing-along melodies, The WH debut (earth vs) sounded like all your favourite rock & roll bands playing at once. An exuberant snapshot of a band in love with music and life, songs like 'Greetings' and 'Everlone' were fresh and timeless. Z Brit-rock masterpiece.

Other than the article being written in the past tense I couldnt agree more

To be fair, the album was released in 1992. That is pretty deserving of past tense.

!992 was the better year but 1993 still stands as an official year. Although, apart from the release of Earth Vs. nothing else of note happened. Oh, Jurassic Park came out.
