Best Wildhearts spin-off album?

Albums, singles, songs and general Wildhearts banter

Postby Dreadlocksmile » 31st Dec 09, 16:55

No-one's mentioned:

New Disease
Sack Trick
Clam Abuse
Security (remember their two tracks on the WH page?)
Devin Townsend Band (Christine)
....Send No Flowers (it's a far away connection, but it's there!!!!)

Come on? Where are the WH obsessives? Hahahahhaha!!!

Security's Let's Ruin It was a beast of a track. Became a favourite round a mate's house who incidently hated the Wildhearts.

My fave Wildies spin off album changes all the time. Today's It's Sorry and The Sinatras' Highball Roller.

As in the Security tracks? I've got them on MP3, but being far from technically-aware, I dunno how to post them up/share them, other than whacking them on to a CD!!!

However....if you purchase one of the T-shirts I have on ebay and then message me after the item has been won, then I'll put the tracks on a CD and bung it in with the shirt for you.

I've got the 3 Security MP3s they had on their website long ago, I did share them via SendSpace (take a look there, it's easy to zip them up and share it)

yep...times were hard in realtv days..we all used to get a bit of work from a friend of ours who ran a casting agency. Basicly meant you could earn some dollars without having any discernable talent AND not having to actually work! ha ha ha!
I think Kieron (realtv drummer) was in some vids as well...and the whole band were in a Phil collins vid that unfortunately never got used..tho' I wish to God it had...it was pretty hilarious.
the nancy boy vid earned me about £300 and the flu...good for those days!
I'm also in a Chemical bros. video..I'll look for it on Youtube and post the link!

Just gatecrashing this thread...I found some photos from when Security played at the Barfly in 2004 - don't think these have seen the light of day before :)

(Hope this works - it's displaying about 50% of the time for me but my interweb connection is being a twat tonight)
