Tour Competition Results
By Ean | September 18, 2009
Some great news, and some not so great news to announce regarding the recent competitions.
First the great news:
- Shirt Design Competition
Many congratulations to Gemma and Jason Turner whose shirt design was chosen by the band!
The shirt will be available at all dates on the current tour.
You can check out all the entries on our Flickr Photostream.
Thanks to everyone who entered for their hard work!
Now for the not so great news:
- Intro Tape Competition
Unfortunately, despite a number of promising entries, the band didn’t find what they were looking for and weren’t able to make use of any of the Intro Tape submissions. Since they didn’t use any of them, they decided that it wouldn’t be fair to pick a winner.
Thanks to everyone who entered, and we’re sorry it didn’t work out.

Ah, that t-shirt design’s spot on!
As for the intro tape – think a band just blasting straight in always sounds better anyway.

Sweet design! Make sure we not-be-able-to-see-the-shows-in-the-UK can buy this one in your webstore after the tour!

The winning design made it really hard for me to pick between that and the football shirt! In the end, I just had to go for the limited edition one, but I agree with Jenzzz – please make sure some are available in the store so I can gets me one?

PS – re the intro tape: That’s a shame. I would have submitted the perfect entry, but sadly, Dot Cotton, Zippy, Janet Street-Porter and Spongebob were unavailable for recording at such short notice.

I wanted to wear a thing of Mr. Dan Scase product (Entry 6). There is the Japanese schedule properly, too. THE WiNNiNG DESiGN is excellent! Do you make the Japanese version?
